 Network marketing

Would anyone like to discuss network marketing? I think that it is a fantastic idea. Kiyosaki himself is speaking at a network marketing meeting next weekend in St. Louis.

Yes, I'm interested in Network Marketing. I think it's the best thing anyone can do with little or no money. It's often overlooked by people looking for Cashflow, and with the onset of E-Commerce, it's going to become even more well known than when the Amway and Mary Kay businesses made it popular in the past. "Money" magazine states that 9 out of 10 new millionaires will have made their money thru E-Commerce. Obviously Quixtar is the main E-commerce company, but there are separate organizations building a more efficient and more stable network of people so you'll make more money for a long period of time. If anyone's interested in learning about E-Commerce, please give me a call. I'm not going to try and "recruit" you, I'd just like to hear different viewpoints, maybe answer some questions and see what people think.

Thank You,

Tom (713)205-1718

Kevin,

Can you be a loan officer part-time? What kind of commitment is necessary? Give some details so I and others can think about it more.

QUESTION - Loan Officer Re: Network marketing
« Reply #4 on Sept 1, 2004, 11:04am »

If you're a RE investor...

Would there be additional responsabilities/liabilities involved if you become a Loan Officer? Disclosure? etc.

Same question if you become a Texas RE Licensee?

You can not originate a loan to yourself on your principal residence. I will delve into that question about responsiility and liability later it is a good one.

Go to www.mynlc.com and look in the bottom left hand corner and read the links under Opportunities.

You will see the requirements to become a Loan Oficer in tere.

As far as time required ... it is up to you.

I look at this as another level of opportunity within the real of realestate to make money.

I'm approaching preforeclosures to flip.

But now I'm approaching preforeclosures and seeing if i can bail them out.

In my aresenal I have the ability to
a) refinance in some situations (www.mynlc.com)
b) get them a foreclosure grant www.redwoodtrust.com
use associate id kh2813864309
c) get the property under contract and flip to another buyer.
d) take property subject to existing financing
e)buy the property at no more than 65% of market
f) ...
g)...
...

Do you see where I'm going?

Oh yeah...I found a source for mortgages that will give you a mortgage the day after bankruptcy is discharged.

if you have a property you are selling and the deal falls through because the buyers credit stinks get in contact with me maybe we can make it work.

Good afternoon Houston,

I generally do not try to solicit network marketing products or opportunities on forums since it's so rampant, but in this case I'll be brief.

Almost everyone is familiar with the deregulation of electricity in Texas. If not, basically in most places (not all, yet) you can choose your own energy provider. Stream Energy (electric provider) and Ignite (network marking) have teamed up to create a powerful opportunity for you to either save a lot of money on your energy bill or capitalize on the still 8,000,000 Texas customers paying higher rates with the big energy corporations.

A little information about Stream:
- Fastest growing Retail Electric Providers (REPs) in the nation (Fastest start up in American history)
- Moved from #70 to 4th largest REP in Texas
- Cheaper rates and free to switch
- Great income getting just a few customers to switch

Visit the website below or give me a call if you have any questions. Even if you’re not interested in the opportunity take 2 minutes to switch your provider - especially if your with Reliant & TXU who have scheduled an upcoming rate hike of about 24%.

 Loan Officer Network marketing

How many of you became a loan officer as a result of this posting last September?

How was it?

And all loan officers, how is your mortgage business doing now that the refi boom is subsiding?

I would like to hear about your experience. Would you please share your insight with me?

I can be reached at 832-392-9399 or at weon.kim @sbcgobal.net.

Thanks,
Weon

Have you personally used these gas tank pills? If so, how much of an improvement in fuel efficiency did you experience? I'd feel a lot better selling this product if there's legitimate scientific evidence that it actually works. ;)

Awaiting your response,
Thanks

Here's a network marketing company that teaches cashflow management, wealth creation, real estate investing, and much more. The mission statement is to "stamp out financial illiteracy and bring financial mastery to millions". It's a great opportunity to learn while helping others...

Not to parrot the previous post but the Financial Destination, INC. has a interesting program.

I see from http://www.financialdestination.com/map/ there is 2 meetings in Houston.

That post was almost 3 months ago am I answering my own question with, "Has anyone ever used this program?" from the lack of posts?
