Personally I can attest to this program. Having run the MLM gamut I didn't want to get sucked into another deal, but folks the leaders in the this program are totally above board and the program is simple.

They have DROPPED their rates for the 3rd time this year!! The 1-year rate for 1,000 kWh usage is now UNDER 12 cents!!!
